Information We Collect
When you visit Misfit Crow Creative, we gather details you share directly, like your name, email, and address for shipping. We also collect info on how you browse our art collection. This includes your device information and small files called cookies to help the site run smoothly. We only ask for what we need to get your beautiful new art pieces delivered to you safely.
How We Use Your Information
We use your details to process orders for physical prints and digital downloads. Your info helps us send shipment updates, answer your questions, and occasionally share news about new art if you've opted in. We also look at browsing habits to make our shop easier for you to use.
Your Rights
You are in control of your data. You have the right to ask what information we have, update any incorrect details, or ask us to delete your personal info entirely. We also use secure third-party processors for payments to keep your banking details safe. If you have questions or want to update your preferences, please reach out to us at our US studio anytime.
