Use of the Site
This website is operated by Misfit Crow Creative. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to comply with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations.
You agree that you will not use this site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
- Interfering with the security, performance, or normal operation of the site
- Using the site to harass, abuse, or harm others
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Purchases
Misfit Crow Creative sells both physical and digital products. When you place an order, you agree that:
- All order details you provide are accurate and complete.
- You are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
- Orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you with options like a refund or alternative item.
For physical products:
- Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
- Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.
For digital products:
- Access or download instructions will be provided after purchase.
- It is your responsibility to save and back up any digital files received.
Returns & Commissions:
- All original artwork and commissioned products are final sale and non-refundable.
- Commissioned projects require a 50% non-refundable down payment before any artwork is started.
- I am currently only taking up to 4 commissions per month to ensure quality and focus.
- Commissioned artwork typically takes 2–4 weeks to complete, depending on my current schedule.
- I will provide you with at least 2 progress photos or updates throughout the commission process.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud or misuse.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this site—including artwork, images, designs, text, logos, and digital files—is owned by Misfit Crow Creative or used with permission.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from this site without our prior written consent
- Modify, resell, or create derivative works from our physical or digital products
- Remove any copyright, watermark, or ownership notices from our content or products
When you purchase a physical product, you own the physical item—but not the underlying copyright to the artwork or design.
When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the file for your own personal, non-commercial use (unless otherwise stated in the product description). You may not share, resell, or redistribute the digital files.
